Prosciutto, Cheddar and Artichoke Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 (6-inch) whole wheat soft oblong sandwich rolls
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • 2 Boston lettuce leaves
  • 8 thin slices prosciutto or 6 slices deli black forest ham
  • 8 slices Sargento® Ultra-Thin Sliced Mild Cheddar Cheese, cut diagonally in half
 

DIRECTIONS

    Cut rolls in half lengthwise. Drain artichoke hearts reserving 2 teaspoons marinade. Combine mayonnaise and reserved marinade; spread on cut sides of rolls. Chop artichoke hearts, spread on bottom half of rolls.

    Layer lettuce, prosciutto and cheese in rolls.
